Fourth: Methods and Purposes of Collecting Personal Data
Collection Methods: We collect your data directly when you fill out electronic forms on our website or submit them manually to our representatives at the branch.
Purpose of Collection: We use this data exclusively to provide the requested service, which includes: securing university admission, finalizing student visa procedures, and securing student housing.
Legal Basis for Processing: We rely on two legal bases for collecting and processing your data:
- Your explicit consent.
- Execution of a contractual obligation (Contract for the Provision of Logistical Services and Securing Admission).
Fifth: Personal Data Processing
Your personal data is processed through specific stages, which include: collection via the platform, secure storage, verification of authenticity, certified legal translation, and sharing with the operating entities to execute the admission service.
Sixth: Personal Data Sharing
To execute the contracted service, your personal, academic, and health data will be shared (cross-border) with the following entities:
- Clearvision Services FZCO: (United Arab Emirates) in its capacity as the regional financial and operational arm.
- Global Education LLC and State Universities in Russian Federation, in their capacity as the entities responsible for securing admission and providing the university seat.
Seventh: Storage, Retention Period, and Destruction of Personal Data
Storage: Your data is stored securely on protected and reliable cloud servers.
Retention Period: We retain your data throughout the validity period of the contract and until the completion of the university accommodation process, or for the period required by local regulations for tax and accounting compliance purposes.
Destruction: Upon fulfilling the purpose of collection or the expiration of the statutory period, the data is destroyed using secure technical methods that prevent access or retrieval.
Eighth: Rights of the Data Subject
Under the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), you are entitled to the following rights:
- Right to be Informed: Knowing how your data is collected, the legal basis for its processing, and its sharing.
- Right of Access: You have the right to request access to your personal data held by us.
